THE LEGEND BEHIND THE ROUTE
In the early 20th century, Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid arrived in Bolivia, fleeing from justice. Their final escape across the Potosí highlands became shrouded in myth and legend, forever woven into the story of Uyuni and its vast salt flats.
The Route of the Pistoleros draws inspiration from that tale — it’s not about retracing their exact steps, but about reviving the same spirit of adventure, challenge, and escape in an equally extreme setting — the largest salt desert on Earth.
THREE STAGES. THREE CHAPTERS OF A LEGEND.
Each stage brings to life a moment from the final escape of the legendary outlaws. From the ambush to their last refuge, ride through extreme landscapes where history and adventure meet with every pedal stroke.
